Payment options available at Oracare to help you maintain a healthy smile
At Oracare we understand that the cost of healthcare in Australia is significant and as such many Australians take out Health Insurance to minimise the out-of-pocket expenses incurred at their local healthcare providers.
Visiting the dentist is no different and as such we are committed to working with you to utilise your health funds by planning your dental care in a manner to best access the care outlined in your insurance.
In many instances this can lead to little, or no out-of-pocket payments in certain cases.
If you would like to discuss you needs with us, call our team on (07) 3286 6914 and ask for Archie.
Our payment options:
Zip Pay allows you to get the dental treatment you need now, while allowing you to pay later. There is no need for a credit card, and you will only need to pay your account in regular instalments.
At Oracare you can use AfterPay to get the dental treatments you need now. AfterPay allows you to split the dental cost into four instalments, has no fees when you pay on time and has an instant approval decision.
Child Dental Benefits Schedule (CDBS)
For eligible children between 2 and 17, the CDBS can cover up to $1,000 worth of dental costs over a two-year period. To get the CDBS, your child must be eligible for Medicare and be receiving a payment from Centrelink, or a parent receiving a Centrelink payment.
HICAPS on site processing
We have an on-site HICAPS machine, which is an electronic health claims system which allows members to process their claim immediately. This will automatically process the health funds contribution towards your dental bill. You will only need to pay any remaining fees if any apply.
